Nice & Simple Hindi Comedy Film of 1980s which is very under-rated
nikkuseth5 March 2012
Ab Ayega Mazaa (1984) is a nice comedy. Farooq Sheikh plays a role of a simpleton loser. Anita Raaj plays his love-interest and looks breathtakingly cute. Raja Bundela acts in a supporting role as Farooq Sheikh's friend. Ravi Baswani & Satish Kaushik also play nice roles in this film. Pankaj Parashar is the director of this film. The city of Delhi is shown as a backdrop in this movie. This film is quite under-rated. Perhaps, it was not a big hit when it got released in the year 1984. But, nevertheless it's a very down-to-earth film made with a lot of sincerity & hard-work. Overall a nice movie to watch on a Sunday afternoon. Enjoy with your family & friends. It's a shame that Bollywood doesn't make movies like these anymore. At least, it's better than most of the current Bollywood comedies which are full of double-meaning dialogs.

Feel good light hearted romantic comedy

Movie is an extremely low budget with good star cast. The movie has got amazingly comedy moments. It belongs to the time when movie was made at maximum simplicity. Farooq Sheikh is phenomenal. It is his one of the best work. Specially the scene is hotel where he is drunk and complaints. Anita Raj is perfect casting for the role of Nupoor. Ravi Baswani is good. The movie is produced by Sanskaari Mr Me too Alok Nath and actor Girija Shankar (Dhritrashtra of Mahabharata serial).

All in all its a perfect rom-com which will make you feel good.
