MTV has picked up the reality series Road Rules for a 13th season with a 13-episode order. The cable network also has picked up second seasons of its summer series Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica and Doggy Fizzle Televizzle, ordering an additional six and 10 episodes, respectively. Newlyweds chronicles the marriage of pop stars Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson, while Doggy is a sketch comedy series hosted by Snoop Dogg. Newlyweds, Doggy and Road Rules will return next year. Brian Graden, president of entertainment at MTV and VH1, said the first-season finale of Newlyweds will air Oct. 21. »
