Muttertag: a TV show worth watching
9 August 2006 | by (Netherlands) – See all my reviews

Muttertag, a TV show worth watching, if you enjoy watching Shimanski! This episode however, is far more darker than any episode ever before! It's not an episode to watch on its own, entirely, because it continues on the character written by Horst Vocks. I like Shimanski, because he is different from other detective characters - He is not particularly bright, but he's got a survival instinct, which takes him a long way - maybe in real life, he would be dead a long time - but in this TV series he stands up pretty well. For a show written and produced for TV, its a very decent show! Watch this and get tagged in by the character of Shimanski: a real tough guy, with a weakness for woman, a big heart and a roughness that can also lead to some very hilarious situations.
