A completely speechless movie about a man who comes back to life after his physical death in order to identify his persecutors, who may be real or may not - i.e. just a consequence of his own paranoid mania.

I don't know, maybe it's artistic work, but to me it was boring. Watching other Radivojevic's movies I've noticed that he likes long and speechless scenes, but in this one he overdid with that. So, like I said - boring...
