It's the Girl in the Red Truck, Charlie Brown (1988 TV Movie)
Molly: [watching out the window] There goes the bus to Phoenix. I should be on that bus.
Jenny: [picks up a Frisbee for Spike] You know, the kids next door are gonna be looking for this.
[as Jeff and Molly watch Jenny skate]
Jeff: She loves it here, huh?
Jeff: Living on the desert.
Molly: Yes, she does, probably more than anybody I know.
Jeff: So I suppose you don't think she's wasting her life either, do you?
Molly: I don't know. I can't answer for her. But I'll tell you one thing, though: you don't have to be out in the desert to waste her life. You're going to waste your life standing under the Eiffel Tower.
Jeff: You're probably right.
Jenny: Jeff, what are we gonna do?
Jeff: I think we're gonna give you as much time as you need then in a couple of years, when one of us has made our first million, we'll come back to the river and return to our little house. How's that sound, okay?
Jenny: [smiles] Yeah, thanks.
Jeff: [as they look back where Spike has left] You don't think we ought to look for Spike?
Jenny: We don't have to. I already know where he is.
Jeff: Where's that?
Jenny: Out there... Home.
