Remake of French Kiss (1995)

Nice film

I watched this film when i was a kid in 1998 in a theatre

The film is a remake of FRENCH KISS which i watched later but actually this film became an inspiration for other films like AAP KE KHATIR

The film starts off well, the scenes between Ajay-Kajol and the entire madcap atmosphere in the plane(minus the bad song) are funny

There is a forced action scene involving a jeep which wasn't in the original

The entire angle of Ajay's family too isn't in the original

The rest is a copy but it's well handled,

Even though it's predictable and also the ending is clichéd yet it works for a light romantic film

Direction by Anees Bazmee(who is making crap films now) was great Music is great too, all songs fit well Camera-work is fab

Ajay Devgan acts very well in his role, he is great in romantic scenes with Kajol, he makes you laugh in comic scenes too Kajol is a scene stealer, she excels in her part though she does scream too much at times but it works for her character The guy playing Rahul is okay Kashmira Shah is okay AMongst rest Anjan Shrivastav, Reema Lagoo are okay in their small parts Tiku Talsania is funny in his small role Om Puri is a riot in his role
