Ajay Devgan and Kajol's first film together was this film which released in 1995 and didn't do well In fact Kajol was angry with the producer for casting Ajay and not SRK unknowing of the fact that he would marry her later
The film is typical masala film nothing new about it The film follows the same pattern of most Ajay films earlier in 90's Kajol plays a thief who robs people alongwith her uncle but the track is sidelined when the revenge angle starts
The film ends on a trademark happy note with Ajay coming with bandages and on a bike to fight the goon which he did in most 90's films and the villain dies
Direction by Anees Bazmee is below average Music is okay Im 16 song became a big hit
Ajay Devgan repeats his usual act and does an okay job Kajol annoys in portions with her annoying voice and is okay otherwise Vinod Khanna is his usual tired self as in most 90's films Amrish Puri is boring too in his 100000000000th villain role Kader Khan has some funny moments Ronit Roy is below average
