A movie about more than on the surface

Warning: Spoilers
The general synopsis is a good overall of the movie.

His grandson is a builder for the new dam, he is a representation of New Japan! While Ji is old japan.

He is pushed out of his old home into a smaller new one by New Japan, his nephew.

All the while his Nephew is cutting down the countryside for the new dam.

Then he is barred into the small house and cant leave, he breaks out in anger and frees himself, before going to show the boy how to fish.

At the end "ji" or father, is having a heart attack and he remembers his family in the unspoilt countryside.

There is so much packed into this movie its difficult to explain it all here. And theres no translation either, so you need to find a Japanese speaker to explain some parts to you.

Personally it was a great movie.
