For Odette Joyeux
"Leçon de conduite" is a usual comedy with a fine casting, from Jean Tissier to Yves Deniaud, and of course Gilbert Gil, Alerme, Maurice Baquet and the main female star Odette Joyeux as a capricious rich young girl falsy kidnapped to teach her a lesson. But she's still out of control, even when true kidnappers get interested in her. .. A routine comedy, far from being a masterpiece. Gilles Grangier did much better after this in another genre, just the year after with the great "Danger de mort", disgracefully unavailable on disc.
