Galaxy Express 999

I've seen this movie about 2 times and the animation is great along with the computer animation. The movie is good but leaves you hanging and the whole thing is only 50 mins long. Tetsuro appearance has change to the manga version of GE 999 and Maetal's eye's are now green vs. brown. The movie takes off where adieu left off,but lacks the darkness of GE 999 sig edition. Over all it's a movie worth owning for any GE 999 fan or Anime fan.

What on earth were they thinking

What I wanted was to see Tetsuro come into adventure as a young man, now in his late teens or early twenties. Instead, they appeared to de-age him to about 10 years old. Chronologically the main character should be 17 by now at the YOUNGEST but they seem to make him appear as if he's in the anime series from the 70s... The result throws you off big time.

The animation is good, but the 90s CG and handful of 90s anime tropes date it as from a different decade than it's predecessors.

It is only like 50 minutes long and seems more like a pilot than a movie. I have no idea what the director and writers were thinking. Incomprehensible brief nonsense.
