Storyline

After his daughter died of cancer, former French foreign legionnaire "Straight Shooter" alias Volker Bretz threatens those who financed, built, favoured and now work the nuclear power plant Atar II to kill one of them each day until the plant is shut down. His former drill sergeant, Frank Hector, who now owns several night clubs and brothels, is the only one who might be able to stop the maniac killing specialist. Not so bad, as critics in Europe told

This is a good and solid german action-movie. Big star is of course Dennis Hopper, but the Straight Shooter himself is also very, very cool. There are many good action-stunts and flashbacks in the film. They are all very professional. It's not a film that you have to see, but you will not regret to visit it.

What I didn't like is, that Dennis Hopper always had some "english phrases" in the german Version of the film. This did not fit, but after a while I got used of it. I don't know, why the director put them in, but I think to give the film more international flair.

I've rated this film 7 out of 10
