The title "Rågvakt" (Guard of Rye) refers to an old farming method. When the frosty nights came in June, the farmers went out into the fields during the nights with ropes between them. One on each side of the field and then you ran along the field. The ropes dragged along the raw ax and set them in motion. In this way they survived the frost.
