A stunning evenings entertainment, having viewed it with some friends on a wide screen,we all stood and applauded. More than ten years old and still fresh. Would love to buy an copy, will it ever be re-released? It is a wonderful piece of musical history, preserving I hope for ever the rare talent of it's many stars. Carol Channing makes a couple of brief appearances that wow the huge audience. This fast moving show deserves to be seen by a new younger generation, may I make a further plea to reissue it, it should be regarded as a national treasure! Rita Moreno, Bea Arthur & Michael Feinstein contribute brilliant performances that obviously Jerry Herman found very moving who himself makes an appearance for the finale that brought the house down.
