Did You Know?

Christopher Reeve initially turned down the lead because he found Eric Overmyer's script to be too melodramatic and not medically accurate pertaining to his post-accident condition. Overmyer rewrote the screenplay, using Reeve's autobiography "Still Me" as a reference and this met with the star's approval. See more »

An insult to Hitchcock.
6 May 1999 | by (Atlanta, Georgia) – See all my reviews

This movie wasn't really bad... of course it wasn't really good either but Hitchcock remakes are always so bad, and can never equal his original work. This movie pretty much messed up the whole concept of the original "Rear Window", which was excellent.
