Still a great show, but move it back to Monday., 15 January 2005
Author: SmileyVision from United States

In a day and age of so-called "reality" television,King of Queens is a bright, shining light of real entertainment. It consists of people with actual talent to entertain.Another gem from the world of stand up comedy,Kevin James stars as Doug Heffernan, perhaps the best comedic representative of blue collar America since Ralph Kramden, though he certainly does not surpass him.Leah Remini also shines as Doug's wife Carrie.Add long time comedy veteran Jerry Stiller as Carrie's live in dad. It's basic theme focuses on the challenges of marriage. It teaches us to laugh at situations those of us in the real world take seriously, perhaps a little too much so.The jokes are well written,as well as well delivered and timed. My only problem is the show's current time slot on Wednesday nights.I thought it worked much better back to back with Everybody Loves Raymond on Mondays.
