As kids, Boyle and Mitch ran Havoc through the streets of their home town. Now, years later a powerful grudge devides the former friends - Mitch has gone straight, and Boyle is determined to lure him back into the criminal underworld with a twisted plan involving counterfeit cash; running the risk of stepping all over the toes of the local mafia.
