Granted, I haven't seen this show in a few years (because it got cancelled in the 90s) but it used to be the funniest half hour on television.
Basically, there were 3 comedians whose job it was to make the contestants laugh. They had 60 seconds to do a stand-up bit right in front of them, and it they laughed they didn't get points.
Lots of comics who are now known names around the circuits were featured on this show. Greg Fitzsimmons, Jonathan Katz, Kevin Meaney, Steve Sanchez and Ralphie May were all on the show at one point.
What's better than 30 minutes of stand-up every day? I know they won't make this on DVD but Comedy Central should think about it, or maybe release a DVD of all the game shows the station has ever run, because most of the game shows last one or two seasons and then die out (except "Win Ben Stein's Money".
