Black Box (1996– )
Black Box deals with the one aspect of air travel that we would rather not think about, which is crashing. It is a focus on air safety, and why, ironically, it is no accident. It also describes the role of the air accident investigator, which is firstly, to deduce how the accident happened, and then to make procedural and dynamical recommendations for action based on these conclusions.- Written by production company
