Several times in the movie there is use of Alan Howarth theme and stinger from Halloween II (1981). Alan Howarth did the music for The Dentist 2 as well as Halloween II.

When they are going to shoot the scene where Dr. Feinstone is digging a grave, the producer came to the director and said the home owners don't want any digging in their garden. So they lay down a peace of plastic with a little bit dirt on it so it look like's he is digging in the garden.

Gordon Ramsay filmed an episode of his show "Kitchen Nightmares" in a restaurant "Sam's Kebab Room". This restaurant is used in this movie in a couple of scenes.
