Originally intended to be translated into English as a third storyline, as the "Gladiator Voltron" of the Middle Universe, for the show "Voltron: Defender of the Universe" (1984), but was never used since no concept was quite so popular on the show as the Lion Voltron based on "Hyakujû ô Gô-Rion" (1981). Toys, comics, and original-language arcade-games based on Albegas still made their appearances in the United States.
