That’s exactly why Lyla, with information provided to her by Amanda Waller, is helping out Oliver and Co. in the sneak peek below. In the clip, Lyla uses a flash drive secretly given to her by Waller to access files on Shadowspire, a U.S. army special forces unit that was taken down by Argus three years ago, after they were exposed as war profiteers.
