Storyline

A rich man is convinced that his investments are being mishandled if not embezzled. Apparently to keep him from discovering who is cheating him he is murdered and Ben is given the responsibility of administering the estate. The nephew is accused of the murder on the assumption that he killed his uncle before he could be cut out. But the will as it exists has only one heir, and it's someone no one knows anything about.
