Crazy Credits

In a lot of the episodes (especially the first half or so of all aired) there is a one frame faint screen of text right after the last video of each episode (and before the end credits). This entire screen of faint text is usually a rant from the makers of the show against VH-1 about what they couldn't put into the pop-up bubbles for the videos of that episode. See more »

User Reviews

I am a proud "Pop-Up Video" addict!
11 August 2003 | by (Ottawa, Ontario) – See all my reviews

Yeah, yeah, I know such a thing sounds pathetic...especially since it seems most people nowadays haven't even HEARD of (let alone watched) the wonderful, addictive, entertaining and - yes, educational - TV phenomenon that is "P-U.V." Despite its popularity taking an apparent nosedive as far as current mainstream TV viewing is concerned, I have become an avid viewer of the show as it runs in syndication...and I LOVE it! Even if many of the episodes and statistics are terribly outdated by this point, I don't care! Just the fact that I have some funny little blurbs to help get me through an otherwise unwatchable video (most of the time) is genius, and very, very amusing. Classic novelty programming.
