Factual errors

While in the helicopter, Alex reads the position of their destination (in Quebec) off the map as "longitude 32, latitude 16." This would be thousands of miles away, in the tropics and either in the Atlantic Ocean (west longitude) or Africa (east longitude), yet they get where they're going.

Plot holes

Since many nutrients have asymmetrical molecular structures, a person reversed with respect to the rest of the universe would find normal food indigestible (this goof was once itself a plot element in a science fiction story - "Technical Error" by Arthur C. Clarke, written in 1946).
