"Permission" has promise, but proves to be ultimately pointless and disappointingly unfulfilling in the end. Performances of actors are level throughout and satisfactory, yet this short is full of disconnected threads and unrelated concepts without any linkage, we're no further along in insight or thought provocation than before viewing the film.
