A well made film with a low budget.....
30 July 2000 | by (Worksop, England) – See all my reviews

When a member of a roller blading police unit is seriously injured then it is up to the rest of the team to find the culprit. However, the police hierarchy want to close down this unit as it is full of misfits who are not wanted by any other unit in the police force. A well-made film which, I doubt, will get any of the credit which it truly deserves.
