Johnny Weissmuller, in character as Tarzan, appears with his wife, Lupe Velez. Al Jolson (who appears in blackface), Shirley Temple and Bing Crosby perform a song. Boris Karloff appears in character as the Frankenstein Monster. Several months before the character learned to talk in Bride of Frankenstein (1935) (1935), he speaks two words: "Scram!" and "Boo!" Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy become the villains of the piece when they dress up in a dragon costume and attempt to steal a chocolate cake.
Oswald the Rabbit's name does not appear in the titles, but he does play a very small role in the film. Each of the celebrity caricatures gets more screen time than Oswald. The hero of the cartoon is Santa Claus; the role of the villain is take over by, of all people, Laurel and Hardy, who dress up as a dragon and try to steal the chocolate cake at Santa's reception.
Yes, it's included in The Woody Woodpecker and Friends Classic Cartoon Collection (2007) (V) Disc 1.

The moment it does so, we cut to another shot of Santa laughing uproariously. It seems inevitable that the cake should have hit someone, likely Laurel and Hardy. But we never see that happen.
