A sex instructor loosens up a sexually reserved landlady by having his helper Larry employ anal sex on her. She then has sex with the instructor himself. Meanwhile, the landlord's tenant Carrie has sex with Stony, Victor and Larry.

Storyline

After tenant Carrie sleeps with Stoney, sexually reserved landlady Dorothy fantasies about Asian Victoria with African American Reginald. Before going to pick up another guy in a bar, Carrie advises Dorothy to see sex instructor Vincent. Soon enough Vincent instructs Dorothy to let his helper Larry act as a sex surrogate to her in various positions. Larry later also finds himself with Carrie. Dorothy eventually gets it on with the instructor Vincent himself.
