Storyline

Little Billy and Isabel are taken on an underwater tour by a talking fish. They visit the land-of-lost-watches and meet their father's timepiece there. The watch is separated from his sweetheart, Rosita Wristwatch, when he is sent to work in the clock hospital, and she is assigned to duty with a circus. The lovers are reunited when she is injured in her acrobatic at and is sent to her fiancée's hospital.
