Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s Versatility

Since she first stepped on screen in Mani Ratnam’s Iruvar, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has created some incredible roles both in the South and Hindi film industries. That first film showed that Aishwarya is an actress that likes a challenge, because she played dual role in the critical and box office success. Since her debut, with each new film, the actress has always chosen her roles very carefully and showed tremendous versatility in the characters she portrayed on film. Think of her incredible performance in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, or in the brilliant Taal, as well as Jeans, Raincoat, Chokher Bali, not to mention her total transformation into the characters in Devdas, Jodhaa Akbar and Guzaarish and that is just to name a few.

The actress took a family sabbatical from acting and fans eagerly awaited her return. The question on everyone’s mind was when she was ready

Film Review: ‘My Enemies’

Film Review: ‘My Enemies’
In contrast to the streetwise grit of his last feature, 2008’s very good “Straight From the Heart,” Montreal writer-director Stephane Gehami’s new “My Enemies” has the feel of a rarefied, artificial chamber piece, recalling those European art films of yore in which high-strung aristocratic and artistic types went through “I love you! I hate you! I love you!” histrionics without much relation to psychological realism. Starring Quebec stage/screen veteran Louise Marleau as an elderly grande dame still queening it over a household of otherwise rudderless men, this indie drama is elegantly crafted yet neither convincing nor stylized enough to pull off its rather theatrical conceit. Prospects beyond the fest circuit will be modest.

After a spat with his girlfriend, Cedric (Frederic Lemay) storms out of their apartment — scrawling “Stupid Cow” on the refrigerator door for good measure — taking only an unfinished first novel with him. Cooling heels on a chilly Montreal street bench,

8 times when Salman Khan was ahead of Shah Rukh Khan

Though the two reigning superstars of Bollywood Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are lions of their own jungles, they are at par in terms of popularity, name, growing fanbase, Box-office status and much more, there are times when our style bhai was way ahead of Shah Rukh. Here we go listing 8 such things that Salman did even before Srk attempted it.

Went shirtless:Salman was the one who brought in the trend of making shirtless appearances in the films. Though Shah Rukh initially stayed away from it, later he too was seen flaunting bare torso.

Six pack abs:The fad of building up six-pack abs was started by Salman when he got the gals hooting for him in the track 'O O Jane Jana' from Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya. Srk also followed the suit in the film Om Shanti Om and Happy New Year.

Massy Films:Shah Rukh shifted gears from classy to massy films,

Post Salman & Ranveer, Shah Rukh Khan to do garba

After seeing the two superstars of Bollywood Salman Khan and Ranveer Singh dancing to the tunes of Garba in their respective movies Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam ('Dholi Taro Dhol Baje') and Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram Leela ('Lahu Mu Lag Gaya') , now Badshah Shah Rukh Khan would be seen grooving to the Gujarati folk dance.

Despite suffering from the pain, Srk chose to rehearse for Garba dance sequence. He took to a micro-blogging site and shared, "Ok then. Finally called for the shot. Knee paining so have to go and rehearse my Garbha....all ye beautiful ppl Khuda Hafiz. and smile a lot."

While Srk is shooting for three films back-to-back (Fan, Raees and Dilwale), he didn't really specify for which film he is rehearsing the dance form. Though it is unclear, we presume it must be for his upcoming film Raees, as he is playing a Gujarati don in the film reportedly.

7 films that Ajay Devgn might always regret of

Giving out duds at Box-office is not harmful but what is really demeaning is being part of unworthy, embarrassing movies. Though we are not making any perception about the caliber and potential of an actor like Ajay Devgn, there are few flicks which the superstar would also want disown like us or he might always regret of. While we take a look at the disasters he readily (and repeatedly) did, we also hope Ajay steers clear of it in future.

Action Jackson: With the actor putting on his dancing shoes, everyone deemed it to be an image changeover for Ajay Devgn and the most-anticipated spectacle of the year. On the contrary filmmaker Prabhu Dheva and Ajay's combination was shunned by all.

Son Of Sardar:It seems Ajay didn't really think before signing up this film. Looking at this choice we believe the ambition of ruling box-office has replaced doing performance-driven
