A new Dutch tragi-comedy.
22 September 1998 | by (Eindhoven, Netherlands) – See all my reviews

An ironical tragi-comedy about young people, family and friendship in Amsterdam of nowadays. Daniel and Francesca are going to get married. Martin, their mutual friend, organizes a dinner for family and friends. However, Daniel and Francesca have forgotten the address and are wandering through the city in search of the right restaurant. Meanwhile, the guests amuse themselves by practising the party song, gossip about the couple, playing cards and having eating contests. While the time is passing, conversations are turning into surprising and funny dialogues.
