Within minutes, another parrot, Sabrina, and a cockatoo named Murphy are also chiming in, leading Thomas to sigh and reach for his slippers, then smile, knowing that his birds will greet him with friendly squawks and a wisecrack or two.

James Corden, Jamie Foxx Sing Public Domain Songs (Video)
James Corden loves jamming out to popular songs with famous singers, but admitted it’s not always easy to get the rights to do so on television. So to switch things up, he decided to sing public domain songs with none other than Jamie Foxx. The duo put their own soulful spin on classic songs like “Pop Goes the Weasel,” “Row Row Row Your Boat,” “Bingo” and “Twinkle Twinkle Like Star.” “Is it just me? It’s feeling sexy in here!” Corden said. See Video: Watch Jamie Foxx Pursue Kidnappers Through the Streets of Vegas in 'Sleepless' Trailer

Watch James Corden, Jamie Foxx Sing Seductive 'Pop Goes The Weasel'
James Corden recruited Jamie Foxx to perform a soulful and often risqué medley of public domain songs like "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and "Row, Row, Row Your Boat," on Thursday's Late Late Show.

Corden explained that while he loves singing medleys of songs with his friends – i.e. Carpool Karaoke – "paying for the rights to sing songs on television can be very, very expensive ... And frankly, we blew our budget on catering." With that, Corden brought out Foxx to spice up some unlicensed public domain songs like "She'll Be Coming

Jamie Foxx, James Corden Sing Dirtiest-Ever Version of "She'll Be Coming 'Round the Mountain"

Because licensing songs for late night TV is expensive, The Late Late Show host James Corden came up with a clever workaround on Thursday night by convincing guest Jamie Foxx to join him in a round of filthy, between-the-sheets covers of some of our most beloved public domain songs. Like, really filthy in a way that will make you wonder if you should ever sing "Pop Goes the Weasel" or that totally Nsfw golden oldie "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" again.

And don't even get us started on "She'll Be Coming 'Round the Mountain" and "B-i-n-g-o."

“Frankly, we blew our budget on catering,” Corden quipped when explaining why they would only be singing public domain songs.

When Foxx, the star of musical films like Ray and Dreamgirls took the stage, Corden began, “You know, Jamie, the truth is, sometimes love can be confusing.”

“I’m confused all the time. It’s so true,” Foxx agreed. “Sometimes you’re on top of the world, but sometimes you just feel like you’re going ‘round and ‘round the same mulberry bush.”

“Sometimes you’re the monkey,” Corden noted. “And sometimes you’re the weasel.”

They then broke into a jazzy rendition of “Pop Goes the Weasel.”

Celine Dion Turns Songs Like
We thought we'd died and gone to musical heaven after hearing Celine Dion sing "My Heart Will Go On" for the first time in the '90s. We even thought we'd been born again after listening to her sing a Rihanna-fied version of "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" on The Tonight Show in July. But it wasn't until we heard her belt out a gorgeous, classical version of "Hot in Herre" (yes, the song by Nelly) that we truly appreciated her skills. The singer, who recently honored her late husband at the annual Stand Up to Cancer event, appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday morning where she wowed the audience by putting her own spin on popular rap songs. Watch the video above to witness her slay everything from Missy Elliott's "Work It" to Lmfao's "Shots."

Watch Celine Dion Spoof Cher, Rihanna, Sia on 'Fallon'
Celine Dion stopped by The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon to play "Wheel of Musical Impressions" with Fallon. The game occurred after she expressed joy for Ariana Grande's famous impression of Dion.

Dion appeared a bit nervous at the beginning of the game where she would have to perform a random song in the style of a random artist. She hit the button and had to perform "Frère Jacques" in the style of her friend Cher. Dion hit Cher's deep warble while also adding a bit of sass
