Beat the Heat starts off with Deidre Holland taking up her position as a beach lifeguard. During her stint on the beach, she imagines the people there in various erotic and sexual interactions. There is no dialogue in this film - not that any is needed in a porn film - but the soundtrack of the actors is muted and all that is audible is the music. For me, the sounds of the lovemaking should be an integral part of a porn film but obviously, some porn film makers disagree.
There are five sex scenes in total. Just about every activity is catered for, although if memory serves me right, there is no anal. The first scene is at a swimming pool where Ms Holland makes her sexual desires obvious to a rather slow-on-the-uptake John Dough. The second scene is two girls and one guy at a BBQ which allows for various permutations of sexual activity which is not really my sort of thing, nor indeed is the third scene which is a girl/girl after the jerk of a guy has been trussed up. The fourth scene is Randy Spears and Danielle Rogers getting it on outdoors. Quite erotic in its own way and they actually do it missionary style. The fifth and final scene has Randy Spears and Deidre Holland as an Arabian Nights sheikh and princess. There really is something about the missionary position that beats all else.
