User Reviews

absolutely unforgiveable

I recently discovered this show again on ITV2 (the channel last week had a programme predicting 'traffic chaos in the year 1999'), years after I assumed the tapes had been condemned to an underground vault for all eternity.

What you get is Denise van outen and 2 other girls who clearly haven't acted before , and a man who I assumed cleaned bathrooms for a living , but I'm afraid 'Flash' adverts are a step up from this. The jokes are truly desperate, resorting to low brow at all times. The characters are pathetic stereotypes, the worst being an archetype dumb blonde who spouts the stupidest lines possible. Now that the show has been unearthed again, all young comedy writers should be forced to watch this, 'Clockwork Orange' style to make sure something like this never happens again. By the way, the title is a hilarious play on words, in that there are three 'babes' living in St John's 'Wood' in London. Do you see what they've done there?
