Caspar Weinberger:Leaks within the Pentagon, General, are how I get most of my information.

Sock it to 'em, 19 February 1999
Author: bazdol from THE MIDWEST

A very witting and scathing parody of costly and potentially deadly bureacratic incompetence and bumbling. It's hard to watch a Senate or House committee hearing after seeing this without laughing and/or grimacing. Everyone "gets it," even the hero. Very well written, acted, and direct
