Storyline

Four short stories from the Medieval age. Businessman Pinto makes his wife Minetta wear a chastity belt while he's away. The ironic result is that the locksmith gets to experience the wife after she seduces him to remove it. After Spinello seduces his friend Brago's wife Patrizia, Patrizia lets Brago have his way with the Spinello's wife Sofia right on top of Spinello's hiding place. Masetto is a man pretending to be deaf-mute to live in a women's convent school. Assuming he couldn't snitch, virgin Alicia mounts him in "his sleep". He pretends to wake up to lure in virgin Rosetta as well. The same scenario soon repeats itself with two other virgins. But once buxom Madam Fantutti finds out, she takes him all to herself. Finding her relentless, he confesses his scheme but she threatens to tell the virgins' fathers and brothers, unless he remains as her sex slave. Finally, a magistrate sentences adulteress Filippa to death, but she changes in mind in his chambers. Written by Anonymous

Saw this moving when just released
22 February 2006 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

In fall of 1972,my fiancé and I passed a drive in theater on a Friday night, with this movie on the Banner. Cars were lined up for miles to see it, so we figured, why not? We attended -- she saw through what it was and slept through the majority of the movie while I saw my first "soft porn" movie. So, I can validate that this movie was released WAY before 1977. We were married in Nov of '72, and I joined the USAF later that month -- and we saw the movie before our wedding. Gotta tell ya, I was SURPRISED! One of my best friend's parents owned the theater where we saw the movie. He actually was taking money and selling tickets when we went through, and gave me a rather surprised look (this all took place in the Bible belt in Tennessee). We had no idea what the movie was about, and this was before mandatory ratings were provided. He later told me that they received more complaints from folks passing by the theater and getting "brief looks" than any other movie they'd ever shown. I still remember this movie for all these reasons -- and wanted to set the record straight regarding the release year. Hope this helps!
