This is easily one of the weaker films in the DBZ universe. It follows after the Cell Games Saga and features all the characters tangling with a random villain. There are some cool moments, but overall it is rather underwhelming.
Good: There are some moments that are cool and some of the fighting looked great. I like the concept of the intergalactic tournament and its setting. It was also nice to see Gohan in the lead here.
Bad: The movie is very anticlimactic. The reveal of the villains is lame, the fights are very short, and there is no suspense whatsoever. A lot of feels like just an extended episode with little to offer.
Overall, its an OK movie if you are a DBZ fan, but there are definitely more worthy ones out there to watch.
