Felix finds a quarter and, because the kosher deli is closed for St. Patrick's Day, buys a can of live fish - which escape before he can eat them. Next he lassos a man's chicken dinner, but manages to lose that, too. However, he comes up with a plan to recover the chicken dinner with the help of a nearby hen.—frankfob2@yahoo.com
Felix the Cat is singing the starvation blues (silently) and finds 25-cents on the sidewalk. However, the sign on the window of the Hebrew store informs him it is closed because it is St. Patrick's day. Figures. Felix finds an open deli, buy a can of sardines, but they all flop out into a lake before he can eat them. He finds a chicken but it too escapes. He gets a bright idea and stick his tail through a knot-hole in a fence. The hen on the other side thinks it is a worm and tugs on it, stretching Felix's tail to the point he can reach the sardines in the lake.—Les Adams <longhorn1939@suddenlink.net>
