This movie is not high art, but it is a good slice of pop culture. Make sure to see the video version, not the one hacked up on cable. The story follows two guys growing up in the hood, then going their separate ways after a botched robbery - one follows a life or crime, and the other later becomes a dea agent. It's interesting to see the Italian mob sub story- and B-real from Cypress Hill does a great job as the Hit Man. Rappin' 4-Tay is also very funny. The film has a music video style, and also features Flesh n' Bone from Bone thuggs, AMG, and Domino. Rap fans will appreciate this movie, and as long as your expectations aren't that high- it's fun to watch.
