Storyline

It all starts the moment shy, beautiful Felicity Porter asks Ben Covington to sign her high school yearbook. It's graduation day... he's gorgeous... and she's had a four-year crush on him. Even though the two have never spoken, what he writes is so insightful, so perfect, it persuades Felicity to change the course of her future. A future defined by medical school and the dreams of her parents. She surreptitiously follows Ben to UNY (the fictional University of New York) and is quickly swept into a romantic triangle that brings both discovery and heartache. Felicity moved to New York to find romance but ends up finding herself. Written by Anonymous

Quotes

Felicity: [Holding a pair of panties] Hey... um... are - are these yours?
Meghan: Yeah.
Felicity: They were in my refrigerator.
Meghan: Oh, I know. I haven't done that since I was a kid. It feels so good, cold underwear in the morning.
Felicity: Hey, could you do me a favor and, uh, not put your underwear in my fridge?
Meghan: Well, they're not dirty.
Felicity: And also, where's my apple?
Meghan: I ate it. I thought we had an agreement, give and take.
Felicity: You thought we had an agreement? We don't have an agreement on anything. We've never even had a real conversation ...

Best In It's Genre
29 October 2007 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This series is outrageously well-written. It's warming and realistic. And the chemistry between Felicity and Ben is incredible. The last two seasons are the best as they focus on the toughest years of college and her dream-come-true relationship with Ben. The series finale is so satisfying. I honestly was not a fan of the show when it was airing, but that's probably because I was too young to get it. I was a freshman in college when the series finale aired. That alone had me hooked. Felicity is college life at its best. They don't make young adult dramas like this anymore. But they should. Definitely add this to your Netflix queue.
