Sex & Nudity

Trinity takes off her vest and we briefly see a side breast for around 3 seconds.

A woman is seen bending down on a table in a tight leather suit.

Violence & Gore

In the opening scene, Trinity is being chased by two guards. Trinity throws one out of a window and causing it to fall onto the top of a car and kicks the other guard down the stairs.

Agent Smith starts to strangle Neo, then suddenly throws him onto a table and threatening him to stab him in the stomach but he doesn't.

Trinity briefly stabs Neo by the waist with a folding knife and Trinity suddenly puts a bandage over it so we see no blood.

Neo wakes up in a room filled with dead bodies. We don't get a good look at them, we can only see them from a distance.

In a library, a man is shot in the chest by another man. (A little bit of blood is shown.)

Neo is seen spitting out blood once.

Agent Smith punches Morpheus in the face several times causing Morpheus to get a bleeding nose.
