Dumb!
Director Stuart Canterbury usually has an interesting screenplay to work with, but here he's stuck with an embarrassingly stupid set of cliches revolving around an electricity blackout. Stu has a lot to answer for!
A casting gimmick has equal time with Black talent and the usual white performers, and plays against commercial demand by having only black on black and white on white sex couplings. Go figure.
The punchline "joke" is that the widespread blackout was caused by our hero (yeah, not really a hero) Jimmy Zee who was having sex on the job with star Stormy Shores when he should have been wartching the control dials -his negligence probably caused the disaster.
Canterbury presents a set of five couples affected by the blackout. But it all adds up to nothing, just sex scenes linked by this flimsiest of reasons.
In the white camp we have huge-tits Lili Xene seducing another lady Chris Collins, and they make Sapphic love lit by a flashlight. (I almost typed fleshlight by accident, but they weren't invented yet when this clunker was shot). A tongue-in-cheek yet serious scene (belonging in a better feature or maybe on SNL) has Julian St. Jox on an elevator flippantly chatting about various dangers, scaring the hell out of Janet Jacme. She's afraid he's going to rape her, but instead they enjoy consensual sex to pass the time after the elevator is stuck due to the blackout.
Oops! I'm in danger of making this video sound interesting. It's not.
Note: A mysterious actress named (in the credits) Stay C' pops up at the end to have sex with Jimmy's boss Ron Hightower. She has vast natural breasts with vast dark aureolae, and I tried to list her in the cast but IMDb rejects her dumb name. How frustrating!
