Storyline

A weekly late-night talk show featuring a different guest each night. In contrast to Jay Leno or David Letterman, Miller often focused on political and social issues, freely injecting his own opinions, often with the intention of provoking his audience. The goal of the show was to stir people into thinking, rather than just to entertain. As such, its audience was limited. Written by Jean-Marc Rocher <rocher@fiberbit.net>

Show and Star:Pure genius!
16 April 2004 | by (Phx. Arizona ("Arizona Smells Funny"!- Homer Simpson)) – See all my reviews

Dennis Miller is a comic genius, one day to be a comic legend! His sarcastic sniping wit is nothing short of genuine comedic cleverness! Especially when aimed at the news of the day or political figures!

Also, his alluding obscure references to things most people have forgotten are a very ingenious way of showing that he has no fear to try something that not everyone will get!

I found his interview style to be easy going and relaxed with his guests and he always had the latest musical acts, known or not,on his show. In my view,Mr. Miller's show should have remained and,if possible, still going. I rate it nine stars. (End)
