Storyline
Two estarnged brothers (Danny Nucci, Del Zamora) get together at their father's death and decide to run the family's New Mexico ranch. Only trouble is the old place is dilapidated and badly in need of a cash influx. The two then set out on a series of comedic cash ventures which are all failures. The film's title refers to their venture as hunting scouts. Adding to keeping the one brother around is his old flame (Dana Delany), a local saloon owner who is currently dating a weird local cop (Paul Le Mat) that she would just as soon be rid of. Written by

Del Zamora is great in this movie in another of his trans-formative roles. This guy never looks nor acts the same in anything that he acts in. He is the most versatile actor I can think of. He can do comedy, drama, sitcom, soap opera, action, etc. The guy is damn good. Too bad Hollywood didn't cast him instead of Jack Black in Nacho Libre. I saw a Chicano wrestling film that he did where he played a wrestler called "The Mexecutioner". He was one of the most hilarious comedic actors I have ever seen or heard. Del Zamora has been wasted by Hollywood ever since his brilliant work in "Repo Man". Too bad. I hear that he is also a writer/director but just can't get anyone excited about his cool projects. What gives? Oh, well, maybe God will see to it that his projects come to fruition. I hear he's a pretty cool guy. Over and out ya'll
