Low budget sci fi

The subject is hackneyed: the world after the press-button war (or something like that).Men has become figures in a ruined landscape.Life in society is a thing they cannot do anymore, they are so full of fear they live on their own.

Philippe is one of these men;his wife ,Yvette, was killed by three strangers).Philippe is desperately in need of someone to talk with.He meets a group of children .But they are building something new, something he cannot understand .These brats have understood that grown-ups failed and they do not need them anymore.

Made on a shoestring budget by a director who has remained completely unknown,"Demain Les Momes" show brats who ask man for an explanation. Some day, they will.

Like this?try these....

Le Dernier Combat ,Luc Besson,1982

The village of the damned ,Wolf Rilla,1960

The damned,Joseph Losey,1961
