In 2002, the German TV channel RTL II initially aired this series in its uncut form at afternoon, during the channel's childrens program. Despite the graphic violence in most episodes, the series still received the age certificate of 6. The editing even went so far that, in one instance, a knife sticking in the back of a victim was painted over. In 2016, German channel ProSieben MAXX was able to order the uncensored episodes.
