Storyline
Ruben and Cecile are childhood friends who have feelings for each other that they do not yet understand. When Ruben's cousin, Jason, returns to the Philippines from the States, he meets Cecile, and despite their different social backgrounds, the two fall in love. Only then does Ruben realize how much in love he is with Cecile. But Jason has a secret that can turn all their lives upside down. Written by Phil Fernando

a judy ann favorite but a spooky film. i always observed that rico yan looked believable as a dying multiple myeloma patient. two years, a year, a few months, a week later(the time frame whenever i view this flick), he was found cyanotic and apparently dead in his resort bed. maybe his thin frame contributed to his early demise? judy ann is prettier here than in her next outing with rico in "kay tagal kang hinintay." it's the hair. the hairstyle can do wonders. not that it's always the looks that matters. but pinoys are getting more superficial while the country is entranced by the power of abs-cbn?
