Dreadful
leekandham30 August 2003
This episode of the Feel 100% series is pathetic in comparison to the original. Feel 100% Once More tells of Marco (Ekin Cheng), who falls out with his girlfriend Yen (Sammi Cheng), and instead starts dating Gobby (Chingmy Yau). However, Marco and Yen can't quite get away from each other, even though Marco has fallen for Gobby. In the meantime, 'Small Man' (Cheung Tat Ming) feels that his relationship with a tall beautiful girl, Emma (Gigi Leung), doesn't look right to the outside world, especially as an ex-boyfriend still has feelings for her, and subsequently has a confidence crisis.

To be honest, this sequel was not worth the few bob I paid to get the DVD. It frankly was fairly dire and feels like an episode of a TV serial made into a 94 minute feature. The plot was weak, characters lacked any substance and it had the flow of molten marshmallow. Which is a real shame since I loved the original so much.

There was little any of the stars in the line-up could do to salvage this movie as they struggled to put in any emotion into the story. And with two rather trivial love triangles as the centre of the story, what could anyone do?

This feature should never have been targeted at the movie market because it is only good for soap opera television where a writer can do much more for viewers to relate to the characters.

Given its direness, it's no wonder it's taken so long for me to track down a copy of the DVD. Feel 100%? Feels more like 40%. One for the recycle bin.

A 20th century MUST SEE!!

Sammi Cheng, the girl next door, has done it again!! This movie is great, and was really fun to watch. The casting choice was outstanding(kind of). The plot of the movie actually made sense, unlike many other HK movies. If you haven't seen Feel 100% the original you're missing out. The original is even better than this one...so rent it, buy it, no matter how, just see it!!

Great Romantic

When I first heard of this movie from a friend, I was longing to watch it because it has Sammi Cheng in the cast and I've always admired her acting. This movie is both funny and romantic and tells of love lost and found. The movie is also based on friendship and love. Thumbs up!
