Storyline

Ray McMichael is a struggling writer/director trying to catch a buzz in Hollywood. In order to spice up his latest script Ray enlists the aid of super-pretentious Weston Craig, master of the hip-cat lingo. Weston quickly proceeds to wipe away any traces of Ray's influence, creating a film filled with pop culture references and inane discussions, basically a film about nothing. Before Ray discovers the truth, the script becomes the buzz of Tinsel Town. Written by Eric Stauffer <estauffer@earthlink.net>

Great story and good acting, in a low budget indie!
10 January 2001 | by (Seattle) – See all my reviews

I was impressed with this movie, and recommend it. I was looking for something different to watch, and picked it up at my local Hollywood video, not expecting too much, but was pleasantly surprised. The movie is a about a group of young aspiring movie makers trying to get their script made into an independent film, all the while becoming less idealistic in their outlook. I enjoyed the performances, especially Chris Hardwick as Weston Craig and Dan O'Donahue gave a nice understated performance as the lead. Funny and clever, it was a highly enjoyable experience.
