Enchanting animated feature!
24 February 2001 | by (New England) – See all my reviews

Obscure animated feature is a pleasant anthology of popular tales from children's literature, from Anatole to Madeline, with Paris as their central theme, strung together by a wraparound featuring a very "British" Alice. This short and lovely feature had several kiddie matinee releases before being sent to home video. At 52 minutes, this may have originally been intended as (or aired as) a TV production. Produced by Gene Deitch and the great UPA studios. Very nice.
